The Olde Cookery Book (tOCB)
http://www.bahnhof.se/~chimbis/tocb/index.html
This site contains old European recipes, most of medieval origin. The titles of each of the recipes are printed in their native language while the rest of the recipe is given in English. Although this can be somewhat confusing, the fact that the titles are written in different languages can lead to interesting discoveries. If you go to the Table of Contents you will also have the option of seeing the recipes sorted by main ingredient, alphabetically, chronologically, or geographically. Two other interesting features of this site are the Recipe of the Month and Library section of the site. The Recipe of the Month has "articles on seasonal dishes... [with] historical background and a few recipes along a special theme." The Library includes the bibliographies which the site's compiler referred to in creating the site, as well as lists other related resources.
