There is a database of frequently asked questions and "Ask VetCentric" -- an ask-a-vet service. The site includes "All Creatures" magazine with many articles concerning all aspects of veterinary medicine and animal healthcare.

Vetinfo: Veterinary Medical Information

The site is divided into veterinary information and separate sections on dog and cat information. Under dog and cat info, there are questions and answers on a variety of health and other concerns owners have. There are also informational encyclopedias for dogs and cats. The first screen looks simple but the site is filled with information: the Vetinfo index is a good place to start if you want an overview of everything the site has.
