Some of the sites listed in the Online Literary Criticism Collection are articles from the Northern Light Special Collection. These articles from print-based resources can be accessed online for a fee, usually US$1.00 per article, provided you have Set up an account with Northern Light.

We have listed these documents in our collection as a service to assist our users in finding literary criticism which may not be available to them otherwise.

If you cannot or do not wish to purchase these articles through Northern Light, you can try to get them through your library. We have included citations for these articles; if you need help locating an article in your library, please ask the librarians (they are really nice and knowledgeable people). If your library does not have the journal or article you are looking for, chances are they can help you get it through a process called 'Interlibrary Loan'. Most college and university libraries and many public and school libraries offer interlibrary loan services, but ILL takes time, so allow one to two weeks.
